Help me using anki for importing a course?

Hi,
I need to copy a Memrise course and someone has suggested me the Anki,
I am trying to use Anki since yesterday, and I’m really confused now :head_bandage:
help me PLEASE.
I have been stopped on this stage:

what should I do after clicking on the Import course button (in these two circumstances),
1- When the window disappears after a while! without importing the course.
2- when an error shows up like this:

I would appreciate any assistance.
