Help about Interruption of subscription

Hi guys
I’m trying to contact someone of the Memrise staff
because I subscribed to memrize last may.
The subscription was accepted and all gone well.
But some days ago, after just 4 month from subscription, I received the message below and nobody reply to my message via e-mail to [email protected]

Hi @Enzo-59 - I think we spoke over email at the beginning of the week, and your Pro subscription issue has now been fixed. Apologies again :slight_smile: Happy Learning - Matt

Now I can access again to the PRO section.
