Hello I paid a yearly subscription for the community created course hausa but the levels were only six and I can’t progress to next level so I need the creator to make things right so that I can continue. Thanks

Your subscription covers all Memrise courses, not just the one you’re learning right now. And since it’s a community created course the Memrise team can’t really do anything if the course is incomplete, but you can try searching for more Hausa courses, there may have other good community created courses about it around the site.
