HATE the new redesign — is there any way I can get a refund?

I JUST renewed my yearly subscription and then made the HUGE mistake of updating the app…
I can honestly say I’ve never hated an app design so much — they’ve taken away everything that made me purchase the full version and enjoy using the app in the first place.

Wondering if anyone knows how to get a refund for my subscription? Apple and Memrise have not been helpful so far.

If you subscribed less than 30 days ago, you can get a refund. That’s what I did, after seeing the new design. I’m not paying for an assault on my eyes. Though I do regret the necessity as I did enjoy the course content and, before the redesign I felt it was worth the price.

I have the same issue, sadly more than 30 days. But still I canceled my subscription. Will not support this anymore.

The new design doesn’t bother me much, I can handle it. However they ought to fix the network connection problem, I have been a pro member since 2015 and can’t download large courses,
