this is not a bug: the course creator introduced two entries with the same meaning in the database.
You should link the course, name the creator and ask to give the user a hint which expressio does s/he mean by “nó tuyet …”

Dev forget to check before insert data to database and this is a normal bug with a Tester. When editor create two entries with the same meaning in one Course, system (Backend) need to check in database and notification to editor.

you mean, maybe, the devs (which are 3 at Memrise, or something) should check thousand of user created courses in order to see if there are similar entries? just like this, for free??? nope, that does not happen
I think he wants the program to give editors a warning if the editor is about to create an entry that is identical to another entry in the same course. Not really an unreasonable request.
It looks like one of the Vietnamese definitions has an exclamation point at the end and the other doesn’t, which I think could be causing this problem.

oh, well, I did not get that, but if this was what the OP meant, I doubt the devs will ever improve course creation by users / they are focusing on their own courses on the app …
(I have this kind of entries in my courses, but usually (I hope in fact that always) I give some hint about the alternative I want to be tested)
