Basic french: https://www.memrise.com/course/77958/learn-basic-french/

This course was created by a user, not Memrise. But since the user isn’t on the forums, there is no way to contact her to make the change.

Well, actually, the course was created by Memrise.

But they don’t maintain it; it was promotional/experimental, and they’ve taken what they learned and used it to make other courses. It’s a great course, but since Memrise isn’t paying staff to fix things, you have three choices:
(1) Ask to be made a contributor to the course. Then change them to free (g) and free (l).
(2) Guess; you’ll build strong memories of both words.
(2) Or, since (or when) you know the two words well, use the “ignore” feature to remove one or the other or both from your learning sequence.
