Getting ONLY 45 points in Review - Memrise App in phone

First of all, I would like to say this is not a complaint. It’s not a big deal of a problem anyway. This is just a weird experience I had with the Memrise App on my phone. :slight_smile:

Sometimes when I use the Memrise App in my phone to review a vast amount of words, I sometimes get this Review Session which only gives me 45 points per correct answer. The weird part is the words that I’ve recently reviewed didn’t update as reviewed.

For instance: I had 183 words to review and took a Review Session for reviewing 50 words, instead of giving 150 or 134 points per correct answer, it gives me 45 points only. When the session is finished, it is expected that the 183 words to review should decrease to 133 words to review. But it remained 183 words to review - it didn’t change.

However, when I try to press the Review Button another time, the 150 and 134 points are properly working again. Then after finishing the Review Session, the 183 words to review did decrease to 133 words to review.

I’ve heard some people saying Memrise does give additional Review Sessions, but could this be it? :thinking:

I recommend you move this to the bugs section. And yes, I’ve been having the same issue on Android.

Here’s what I noticed:
When the review button is displayed on the larger right (the place I circled in red), it will work as you described:

However, if you pressed the smaller button (the one circled in green), then press the classic review button, this issue will not occur, and you will get the normal review points.
