I’ve been learning Georgian for a while and I’ve found the “My Georgian - Intermediate Materials” to be really helpful. I’m wondering if there is anything else in the works. I know after intermediate level that the focus in language learning should shift towards long speech, but I also find the focus on individual vocabulary a necessary habit. Does anyone know if an advance course is out there? Does anyone else want more or am I alone in that?
Side note: I’d love to see a course on Georgian Toasts, specifically those that we usually hear even if they’re simplified versions.
I looked through Georgian courses for English speakers and it seems that you’ve taken the largest and most thought out one. I’ve also found this one: https://www.memrise.com/course/1631445/georgian-miscellaneous-vocabulary/ but there are some mistakes in the spelling of Georgian words and, it seem, easy and more complicated words are mixed up. Still, you might find some useful and ignore the others.
You could use translate.ge for new words and maybe create your own course. I’d be glad to help you with any questions. I assume you are in Georgia, so you can also watch movies/animations in Georgian.

Hello, Mgzavri. I apologize for the late response, I was out of town…
I am Georgian, so it’s not a great achievement for me, but I can imagine how tough it must be for a foreigner to learn it and judging by your course, you’ve come quite far! If there’s anything you are struggling with, feel free to contact me.
Since I live in Georgia, I find the language a necessity and a joy. I really love my neighbors and they’re great people. Also, English isn’t extremely easy so you have accomplished a great thing in learning it to such a high degree.
Since there aren’t more advanced courses, would you be interested in making a course together? You probably have much better insight on what foreigners do poorly than I do, so I’m open to suggestions. My goal is to speak naturally and have strong relationships.
I apologize for the late response, I haven’t received a notification and have just noticed this comment by chance…
I’m very glad you are enjoying your stay in Georgia and thanks for the compliment
That’s a great idea, although I can’t say I’ve encountered a lot of foreigners trying to learn advanced or even upper-intermediate Georgian, so my experience in this regard is quite limited, but you can send me words and phrases you are struggling with in English and I’ll send you a translation. It’s also possible to include slang and colloquialisms in the course, since we use them a lot here. Anyway, do you already have an idea of a course? I’ve only ever done some private courses…
