THe only reason I decided to become a pro in Memrise was to be able to study offline! But the download does not work! If this continues I’m going to have to ask for a refund. There are many other programs online, the offline option was the real seller for me
In the attempt to solve this issue, can you please log out and then log in again? If the problem persists, please uninstall the app, restart your device and then reinstall the app. This tends to refresh the system and solve the error.
Please also ensure you have enough data storage on your device, as the course you are trying to download may require a lot of space.
It will help if you download over a stable WiFi connection rather than use mobile data. Also, avoid doing anything in the app while it downloads course data - it may take a few tries.
Please note that the app may struggle downloading very large courses (3000+ items). We are working to improve the capacity in future updates.
Finally, please note that Memrise Pro can only download courses for offline learning on an internal storage at the moment (not on SD cards).

2 Courses can’t be downloaded…and I´m on a 12hour flight next week…
I’ve done all of the above. Stable wifi, restart, log in/out ,re-installing… I have 9gb of free space on my device and the download is just 400 words. It simply does not work. There are too many people complaining about the same thing for a long time, which doesn’t makes sense to me. Is there really anybody trying to solve this or are you just giving away refunds? To be honest with you, I really don’t want to ask for a refund, i’m more than happy to pay but only if this feature works, otherwise I’ll have no other choice.
