I am learning turkish and LOVE memrise.
I noticed though that all flowers are fully bloomed meaning they are in long term memory, right?
But when I do a lesson I just cant seem to remember any of them… meaning they are probably not in my ltm. So why are the flowers full bloom already?

Long term, doesn’t always mean very long. It just means that (according to memrise), the info has left your short memory (that always forgets everything) and moved it to the long term memory. Now, by repitition, you create stronger and stronger pathways, so you can recall better and better (i.e. after a longer and longer time).
It is very normal to forget words. The best is the do a (Classic) Review, just before you start to forget them, or whenever Memrise tells you to do so. For me the best works after say 2-4 hours, and sometimes an extra speed review. After this the time span becomes longer and longer.
