[FIXED]NEW: Pro Account deactivated OLD:Learn with locals doesn't work on Android (works on PC)

I bought subscription for Memrise Pro.
I am learning Norwegian 2
I tried to use “Meet The Natives/Learn With Locals” but the videos won’t load. It says the videos were not created yet for this course.
I tried to use “Meet The Natives/Learn With Locals” feature on my PC and I can use videos for Norwegian 2 - so they are actually there. However the Android App doesn’t see them.

I have logged out and back in again.
I uninstalled and installed the app again.
I checked permissions to ensure the app can access local storage.
None of these things helped.
Can you check my account?

Ok. So now it’s even worse. I have my Pro Subscription turned off completely. I can no longer use Learn with Locals, Difficult Words or offline mode.
Please check my account status.

Hi again,
I’m not sure who made what magic behind the scenes but they managed to fix both issues. During weekend I was able to use Memrise Pro features both on Android and PC.
