Feedback survey disappeared while I was typing

Halfway through my review session, I got a one-question survey “How likely are you to recommend memrise for learning grammar?” at the top of the page. I don’t often hand out one-star reviews, but when I do, I make a point of leaving detailed constructive feedback.
However, in the course of adding paragraphs to my feedback, I hit the enter key, which caused the next review session to start, discarding the feedback window.

Memrise isn’t known for its strong customer support, so I’m well aware I’m shouting into the void right now, but for posterity and completeness’ sake, here’s the TL;DR of why your opportunities for learning grammar aren’t any good:

You have none.
You have multiple choice questions with no variation, which is okay for learning vocabulary, but not for grammar. Learners don’t get to construct their own sentences, they only get to recite the ones the’ve memorised verbatim. Then again, this is to be expected from an app that’s called “memrise” and not “lern.”
There are many ways around this, for instance, instead of reviewing one fixed phrase you could have some sort of algorithm generate a new variant each time, or you could group an enormous lot of fixed phrases together such that reviewing any one of them marks the rest as ‘reviewed’ and resets the clock, or something more clever.

If you want this feedback in its proper place (in the survey for which it was intended), please fix the web version.

I had the same problem a while ago. But then a few weeks later I got the same feedback survey, so I rewrote my feedback and made sure not to hit the enter key again.

Yeah, I’ll copy-and-paste the next one for sure.
