Could you be more specific? There are 100s of English courses. Post a link or so. If you are using only Android or the iPhone, you probably have chosen a Memrise-created course, because users can only find user-created courses using the website (where they also can create their own courses).

You want to have IPA with the course. The course creator can add that, if they wish. Alternatively, you can type your own list, and that with the IPA - basically create your own course.
