I got here from clicking “No” on “Are you enjoying the memrise app?” on ios. The process involved:
- Clicking no
- Safari showing me “https://memrise.helpshift.com/a/memrise-learn-a-new-language/?p=ios&l=en&s=issues-feedback&f=how-do-i-leave-feedback-or-submit-a-feature-request” and deep in there is an instruction to go to the community forum
- I go to the community forum, armed with hints on the special syntax you need used in your feedback messages.
- There’s no option to comment. Eventually I realise you have to log in. LuckilyI had already been through the separate palaver of logging into this forum recently which is bizarrely not the same as being logged into the app or even into the site on your browser.
- The login redirects me to the app, where it stays.
- I try again with no new result.
- See 6.
- I copy the page address from Safari and try on Chrome.
- I post this little experience before even getting to my original complaint.
This is a product I am paying for.
