Features not activated after paying

Hi

I subscribed but the learn with locals and pronunciation features are not active. They are greyed out? What now?

For what it’s worth - not all courses include the learn with locals. However, if you’re talking about Memrise’s own French (from English) course, it should really be available.

I’ll tag @MemriseMatty and @MemriseSupport for you, hopefully they can assist you.

Thanks for getting in touch.

We checked your profile and can see that you are mostly learning community created courses.

Please note that not all our features are available on community created courses:

  • Learn with Locals, Pronunciation, Grammar are only available on selected Memrise-created courses.
  • On iOS, Speed Review is not available on community created courses.
  • Finally, Listening Skills is only available on those community created courses featuring audio files and whose creator enabled this mode.
