[Feature Suggestion] Allow me to type when first learning a word

When being shown a word for the first time I’d like to be able to type it.

I learn best this way, especially with long sentences—it doesn’t do a lot of good to just sit and stare at three lines of foreign words. Oftentimes I don’t really have a clue what a sentence means the first 3-5 times it appears (because it’s so easy to guess on the multiple choice ones) until I finally get a chance to type it.

I understand that this would be annoying for some people and for short words, so ideally it would be optional (i.e. you could continue without having to type anything)

I absolutely agree with you. This is a problem with every language app I use. It would be nice if one of them picked up on it, might give them the edge over the competition since it is more efficient.
