Thank you, but I know how to add mem. I’m talking about memrise on android. On the screenshot you can see that the ability to add a mem is missing.
I’m sorry, as I do not use app, I did not know that problem. But in the topic “Course Forum Japanese 1-7 by Memrise” a user reported that some features of the Japanese course were missing in the last update. For example, the furigana was missing:
KanaTsumoto (Japanese expert at Memrise) reported that this was a bug, and that it would be fixed in the next update.
You can ask her whether the creation of Mems has been removed from the app, or if it is also a bug.

I really should start using the website, I remember having a similar conversation with you back a few months. Right now the app points still not match the website, but you are not a regular user, you are an addicted, level 16, user 
I guess after decks goes into production they will change the app more, and at least hope that they fix the responsive on the web (there’s even some users posting css on the forum to them)
