It would be nice if there was an option during learning or reviewing to click when I made a typo .

Yes but what would be the point of that if it auto-corrected something? You could get the answer correct over and over and over again. The point of using Memrise is to learn languages and learn certain words.
not to auto-correct, but a “oops I made I typo, but I knew the answer.” button. For those moments where you fat finger your keyboard. For when I type “Memirse” instead of “Memrise”.
yeah but people still might get answer completely wrong and then claim they just mistyped
That would be up to them. If I learn the word “Wednesday” and type “Wednesdat”, it’s a typo. I know the word and I don’t want to be confronted with that word over and over again just because I missed a key once. If someone always writes “Wenseday” and checks the “Oops I made a typo”, it’s their own fault for never learning how to spell it correctly.

It would be way less abusable if this function was limited to once per learning session.
I make a typo about once every 30 words and it is quite annoying to see I have to water that word more frequently afterwards (even though I perfectly remember it).
