Hi everyone!
Is there an easy way to move an item from a level to an other? I haven’t found how to do it, and the only topics I found about this are rather old. From my point of view, it is a basic feature and doesn’t seem complicated to implement (actually, I’d be interested to know the technical difficulties if there are)

There is no easy way. You have to add the item to the new level before removing it from the old level.
That’s what I feared. I really wonder why it is not implemented
I could only agree with fflorian.
It schould be a basic option to be offered.
Especially during course creation it could be a very good help also to guarantee a good course quality.
Sometimes lateron there is a good idea to be implemeyed in a course f.e. presenting words in chater-order of a book.
If this is not prepered from the very beginning it will be very boring to delete words from one level abd to insert them somewere else.
So my greate request to the memrise teame to implement this feature!!

Actually, I didn’t properly understand the behaviour of the course editor when I wrote my first message (but maybe I would have if it were documented…)
When one start adding an item to a course, some suggestions appear. Some are from this course and other not (from other courses I guess). If one choose a suggestion from an other course, a new item is created. But if one choose an item from the current course, then the “new” item is linked to the one already existing. This makes it a bit easier to move items between levels.
