I accidentally ignored some words to unmark. Now I have no idea in which section they are and cannot bring them back to Review. It would be great if there is any place where you can manage ignored words easily. Thank you.

Hopefully you can guess in which level they are. Go onto the web. Open a level, and it will say ‘ignored’ behind the entry.
Do a text search (CTRL-F) in your browser for the word ‘ignored’, then you don’t need to skim the whole list. If no word in the first level is ‘ignored’, try the next.
I bet you have wronly-ignored word in no time, unless you have tons of ignored words.

Well, actually there are (more complicated) workarounds, not suitable for mass-unignoring, especially if you do not know all words (e.g you want to have a big list across all levels).
To e.g search for the Portuguese word “livraria” in the https://www.memrise.com/course/359836/duolingo-brazilian-portuguese/ course, you can use this “site:” Google trick:
Unfortunately, it does not seem to work to add multiple words and to hope for, that google lists ALL level direct URLs it finds any words in (I tested with words across levels).
