[Feature Request] DecksSupport?

Hey there.
I’m just wondering on the new release of the mostly hated Decks. That will there be a forum account for DecksSupport? Or would this over complicate stuff. I think it would benefit users as this mean the current @MemriseSupport isn’t spammed with people with requests from Decks related issues. So it filters to the relevant Staff Member. Opinions? :hugs:

I don’t see why we would need another forum. The current forum has been mixing official and community courses for ages already, so it should work for the future just as well. We can always provide links to the appropriate “system” where required, can’t we! :wink:

There already IS a new Decks forum!

But the language courses haven’t been exported there yet, so all the community-created language courses and the official memrise ones are still on the same memrise forum.

I mean an account. So you can DM them.

You mean an actual @DecksSupport account that we can contact if there are problems?

That is a very good question! It would be good to know that there is a) a Decks-dedicated account for questions to be directed at; b) that there is an actual staff member or staff members whose job it is to check those queries.

Oh, alright. That does make sense, of course. I suppose there should at least be a “specialist” who we can tag here.

Speaking of which, it would be great to have a more comprehensive list of Memrise staff here on the forum. The list here is quite patchy and not all too helpful in order to address/tag the right people.
