When using bots, when you get the answer wrong, it would be very helpful to see the correct answer. Perhaps after your second try, if not the first? This happens in a few modules, where you’re never shown the right answer. I think repeatedly trying the wrong answers can enforce incorrect memories, too.
Is it the same on the web portal or the Android app?
On the web app you usually make use of the “copy typing” feature for normal word reviews, if you gave an incorrect answer.
You will be enforced to re-type the correct answer, so you do not falsely remember the wrong given answer.
Presumably, the bot feature is not completely thought out or fully implemented by the programmers (Memrise employees).
Like so many things on Memrise … (eg missing “Overdueness” Review).
