Is there a public API?

I’m looking at writing some supplemental software to help reign in the data from learning a course as well as reinforce learning. Is there an API available?

Is there any api for decks(course creating)

I want to make my courses easily sometimes i have 300 words how can i add for all words with audio this is so hard i want to make a program about that i will create my couses on my computer and i want to upload these courses with audio through one click how can i do this

But I do not see any answers to it.
I’m curious is there any update/information about public API to be able to get/put some data?
