[Feature Request] Add your own notes/hints to user-generated courses

Being able to jot down a reminder note or hint for some words/phrases on community-generated courses would be useful.

This is where I think it would work: I have studied a 2000 word advanced German word/phrase list and while learning new words it is easier to remember which particular translation memrise wants you to use. But after completing the course and using ‘classic review’ to revise each day, sometimes you’re confronted by words you learned towards the start of the course and ones towards to end which may have very similar meanings or even be interchangeable, but of course there is only one correct response, even if you answer with something that is a correct translation, but just not the particular one that is assigned to that word or phrase.

It would be great if you could add a small note attached to that entry so you know which particular translation of ‘stubborn’, for instance, is correct in that case. It’s up to the user how cryptic or obvious their note is. It would also help where some entries have several brackets, periods or ellipses, all of which are difficult to remember in sequence, especially when the person who created the course uses grammatical terms in brackets inconsistently.

Currently, it becomes frustrating to review not because I am getting the word wrong, but because I am using a translation that appears elsewhere in the course, or one I have learned elsewhere.
