Hi everybody
Almost every user is having this issue and is waiting since a quite too long time for getting a solution.
Beginning of 2019 the admins were telling of providing a solution in 2019, unfortunately it didn’t happen. Even worse the service of restoring the streaks got removed.
Now everybody is from time to time having the issues to start over again. This is for everyone frustrating
Some days ago there was a bigger update to memorise but the feature was not implemented and also no reply to service mail in the app.
Also I did some days ago again lose a streak running more than a year.
Please guys take care of the service or maybe give some trustworthy people rights to do so if not having the time or manpower for it.
Remember you got people paying for using memorise, it is not like people shouting out for something they get all for free.
