@Atikker Thank you for your concern, but I only asked because @LanguageBox put an editor’s note onto the course, and I wanted to make him aware of the much-needed corrections
Perfect! Thank you! I saw new words had been added, thank you. Just duplicates and “see above’s” etc. that I need correcting. For duplicates, it is good to learn both phrases, but I was wondering if there was any way to differentiate between the two, since I often get confused and the words are then made “difficult” when really, I do know them.
Thank you so much for taking over this course, my entire French class and I use this course to learn vocabulary for our French Edexcel GCSE next year, and it is an excellent resource.
I think all the ‘see aboves’ have been removed. I’m running gradually through the levels and working on duplicate words now (though this may take a few days). You’re right, they are agitating! Glad the course is so useful. I’ll be sure to keep adding more vocab!
A new glitch. At https://www.memrise.com/course/89149/edexcel-gcse-french-vocabulary-list/2/ the same lesson contains the verbs ‘partir’ and ‘quitter’ both translated as ‘to leave’ It is therefore not possible except by luck to get the answers right. I’m passing this on because LanguageBox asks to be told of errors. There seem to be a lot of them reading the thread above
Level 7 - there’s 3 "then"s and I never know which one to type. Please specify and differentiate the three, otherwise when I type the French, its always wrong because there’s 3 possibilities
Thank you for raising the issue. I have altered the definitions of the three "then"s. I hope that they’re clear now.
I absolutely agree. I have lost many thousands of points guessing when there are two right possible answers in the box!
