Facebook friend list is not showing, although I have friends who installed memrise. Also when clicing on disconnect from facebook button, a blank page is loaded and nothing is happening.

I have the same issue, and I tried everything: I reviewed privacy policies in Fb and even tried to delete and create a new account.
I have many friends that use Memrise.

Alas, your Facebook friends can now been seen in your friends list. Disconnecting from Facebook has also been fixed.
You’ll need to log out of the website and log back in with Facebook, then accept the new permissions in order to see your friends.
While disconnecting works, I can still not see my Facebook friends in Memrise. I just get a never-ending spinner icon. I have followed your instructions, and it is still not working.

Do you have any Facebook friends who are also registered to Memrise via Facebook?
Did you also login with Facebook and accept the new permission?
How about removing Memrise from your Facebook application setting, then log out and back into Memrise.
Go to Memrise Mempal. A popup may appear, asking you to accept some permission, after accepting the permission, your facebook friends should be shown.
Make sure popup is enabled when you visit the page, else you wouldn’t be able to accept the permissions.

Thanks for the new tips. Removing from the FB Application setting and then making sure pop-ups in Safari were enabled fixed it.
