I’ve used a third party app to check the download speed and it is unbelievably slow. Hours pass and the course is not downloaded. There is absolutely something wrong, I can only guess that the speed at the server is throttled. Limited somehow.
So what do we pay for exactly?
There’s no chatbot, there’s no nothing. Can’t even use the app offline. What is the difference from the free version? None.
I’ll be sure to cancel shortly if this is not explained in detail.

What are you seeing? A download bar to fills slowly or something else? Screenshot helps too.
As this is a common issue, why not have a sticky on top with all known information so far?
If you have solutions per specific OS version/phone why not post it in one post?
I can download whole files to my phone with no problem. It’s not a memory issue or OS issue.
I have Anki decks, hundreds of MB large downloaded and working fine.
