Ever since I upgraded to pro - no videos?

Hi,
I upgraded to Memrise PRO recently, but ever since i have upgraded, I have yet to see a single video during the learning modules. Prior to upgrading pretty much every module had a few locals speaking videos. It was one of my favorite and most useful parts for me.

I see now that there is a “meet the locals” button on one of my Modules, but whenever i click it it will not load.

I looked around and i couldnt find any options about videos as part of the normal learning modules. All i get now is audio and text for each lesson and never any video.

is this working as intended?

That’s strange. Could you please open the console window in your browser and see if it shows any errors?

When i click the meet the locals button on “dashboard” page under the module, in chrome developer tools it says:

Failed to load resource:

As for the normal learning modules, i have been doing modules by Memrise, and there have been no videos as part of it. Maybe there are no videos in this module, i have no way to know, but i thought it was odd since there were tons of videos built into the previous modules.

I have the same problem. This is the main reason I upgraded to Pro. Running Ubuntu 16.04, it does not work on Chromium, Firefox or Chrome. Each time says “Whoops. Could not load the session. Sorry.” If video is not working, I would like a refund. The console error in Chromium is “raven.js:1126 GET https://www.memrise.com/ajax/session/?course_id=1098359&course_slug=french-3&session_slug=meet_the_natives&_=1511514887810 400 (Bad Request)”

I’m having the same issue, and it’s the same on all browsers and platforms that I’ve tried (Ubuntu: Chome/Chromium/Firefox, and Windows: Chrome/Firefox/Edge/IE11).

In all cases it says “Could not load the session. Sorry.”

And I see the following error in the console:

raven.js:1331 GET https://www.memrise.com/ajax/session/?course_id=1427331&course_slug=mandarin-chinese-3&session_slug=meet_the_natives&_=1516891220188 400 (Bad Request)

Is there a browser where this actually does work? As far as I can tell this is not a working feature on the website. Is it mobile only?

I am also having the same problem in chrome on windows 10, but not on my android mobile
