Error when entering an incorrect answer

I constantly get the error message “We’re sorry, there was an error. The Memrise team have been notified and are getting on it.” when typing an incorrect answer.

Sorry to hear you’re having this issue. Could you please tell me what course/ level/ item you were learning when this happened, so we can try and track it down?
If you could also grab a screenshot with the error you’re getting that could also be of help.

it happens with all courses:

just happened to me as well (Course is “Advanced Spanish” by RabbitWho). Advanced Spanish - by RabbitWho - Memrise

Hello, thanks for the quick response!
The course is “* JLPT N4 Vocabulary” created by JTalkOnline. It occurs on every item at any level when doing review.

Same error reviewing http://www.memrise.com/course/629122/a1-german/39/
After clicking away the popup I could correct my answer.

Thank you all for your help and patience! All the information you’ve sent by is really helpfull. Our engineers are looking into the problem as we speak.

I’ll update this post when the issue is fixed.
