Error: Unable to load session for Korean course

Hi. I’ve been trying this app for a while. It’s a great app and I have interest in subscribing to Pro. But I still want to try a little bit more.

Currently, I’m studying the Korean Course. Everything was fine up until a day ago where I was getting an Error: Unable to load session for Classic Review and a few Speed Test. I tried on both of my Android Phone (S6 Edge) and Android Tablet (Z3 Tablet Compact) and having the same issue. Tis a small matter, but I really appreciate the Classic Review session. A great help for me. Is there any solution to this problem?

Yep. Tried it. Log out and in. Re-installed. Still the same.

Hi @HafizAnuwar, can you tell us where you are attempting to launch the review session from. Can you also try launching a review session from within each individual level, and it would be amazing if you provide us with a screenshot of the error.

This is the error screen. It seems that I’m able to access the latest module. I am currently at module 5 of Korean 1. I also able to access the latest while the other prior 4 module am not able to access. I’ve tried accessed it through everywhere. The main screen even within the list.

We’ve just done a fix to this problem, can you please log out and back into the application, then try launching a review session. If you are still getting this error, can you tap the hamburger menu left of the Korean flag, then pull down to refresh. This will update the course and hopefully put an end to the error.

Can you explain the problem? Is it due to my devices? If so, is there a solution for me to do incase it happens again?

Hi guys,
I Got the same issue here on my Android app (using a p9 lite Huawei mobile). What should I do ?

I uninstalled and/or downloaded the course, but nothing changed. I am stucked… please help me:)

I corrected the problème. I use the internet version of memrise and. After à disconnection/reconnection I can now do my review.

Hello ! I am learning korean but I got the same problem.
Korean 1 works perfectly.
But I got the message error for Korean 2 since I downloaded it for offline mode. When I log out log in I can do the exercises again but I don’t have the offline mode anymore… :persevere:
Can I have some help please ? Thank you :blush:
