Error on japanese 1 lvl 6 (〜です；〜ます doesn't work)

when it asks to write 〜です；〜ます, I do it, both inputs turn green, yet it doesn’t count as a correct answer, so I get stuck forever in this word without being able to advance
using the web version on pt-br

edit: did this part on the phone and after coming back to the computer, everything is fine again
