Error message?

Every time for weeks when I start Memrise, I get the following error:

We’re sorry, there was a problem loading your session:
Nothing to grow for LearnSession.

When I click OK, the session loads and I’m able to proceed as normal. I searched the forums but didn’t find a solution that makes sense for me. I don’t see any level that’s a problem.

I don’t know what a Learn Session is

Reviewing and Learning new words works.

a “learn session” is a session of learning new words… that screen may appear when you click learn from the main page of a course, if you completed the first level (i.e. there are no items left to be learn there).

I get it when I first open the site on my computer. All review and learn new word sessions seems to be normal after that. I don’t know how to get rid of it. I’ve finished 20 levels

you mean immediately after the login you get such message? (deleting your temp files it might help?)

I noticed you wrote “when I first open the site on my computer” are you referring to www.memrise.com, or are you accessing the website via a bookmark of an completed level.

This error message is displayed when you attempt to start a learning session of a completed level.

Ahh, that may be it. Below is my bookmark. Should I start from the home page? Then do Review or Learn?

I usually let it come up to this screen, then clicked the level button on the right until a lesson came up with words to review. After that, it just took me to the next place until I was done for the day.

Yep, I would recommend bookmarking this url instead: http://www.memrise.com/course/618832/a1-spanish/

It would be easier to navigate between levels and also allows you to either review the entire course or start learning from where you left off.
