Please could someone help- this message is displayed with every course I use- old or new. I’ve cleared cache, my history, opted out of beta and nothing seems to be working. I’ve got exams soon so a little stressed

Hi all, sorry to hear you’re experiencing this.
This is in our backlog - internal code WEBSITE-2786. We hope to have it fixed asap, as we keep improving and ironing out issues on the Beta sessions.
In the meanwhile, you should be able to fix this issue by disabling Alpha and Beta.

Thanks for all your help- I’ve turned off beta mode but it still doesn’t work. Is there anything else I could try?
Hi @QuaCkqUaCK385, it looks like you still had Alpha enabled. We’ve now turned this off for you. Let us know if you still have problems
