Same here. Tried reinstalling the app (was getting desperate) but now it will not let me in at all, saying user name or password incorrect. When I tried the Reset Password email, I received another message stating “an unknown error occurred”. It all started when I noticed the app on my (admittedly old) iPhone was not synchronising with my iPad, so tried switching off and on but it has steadily got worse. I’m not game to log out of my iPad in case I can’t get back into that either. I changed the password in the iPad as well so I know it was right when trying the mobile. The mobile data is switched on.

The memrise app was working fine on iOS 10 on my iphone 7. But after I updated to iOS 11.2.5 today it stopped working/crashing. Please help me!!
