Early on in the course, it’s very difficult to tell what the course wants as it isn’t made clear whether it’s asking for the kana or the romaji. For example, when it asks for “Hello”, I never know if it wants “konnichiwa” or “こんにちは”
It’s even worse with “no”. I never know if it wants “iie”, “いいえ”, or “の”
There are multiple words that I get wrong pretty often simply because I don’t know if it wants the kana or the romaji
