I have some troubles with my reviewing session. It got duplicated audios test with make the session much more easier. I am able to reproduce this error many times during my reviewing session.

and the username is hung-phan. The error is happened on my IOS device. Hope this info help

We are planning on rolling a fix to get rid of duplicated audios and also some issues with multiple choice, such as deleted answers still being shown in all courses.
If everything goes ok, a fix should hopefully be released in a few weeks.
