I’m having a problem with downloading courses. Before, I was able to download them without any problems, but then I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix a problem with the courses I made not updating.
Now, none of the courses I’m in (Except for the courses that I made) will download. It gets to the end and then I just get a “Download problem” message.
I am a pro member, and as far as I know, the version of the app remained exactly the same.
What do I do?
If your phone has an SD card, can you try removing your SD card and then reinstalling the app and trying to download the courses with the SD card removed? I mentioned this in another thread and the person who tried it said after that she could download some smaller courses, but I’m not sure if that was coincidence or not.
I’m able to do that now, so it most likely is. Besides, my phone needs a proprietary tool to insert and take out an SD card, a tool that I don’t have right now…
Okay, I made the Internal Storage my main storage in the Android options and reinstalled the app, and now most of the courses are downloading, though some stilll aren’t…
