Doesn't work the offline download of courses

I need help. I have a pro version memrise and doesn’t work the offline download of courses.
Also I have a stable connection Wi-Fi, few times I tried re-download the offline courses. Besides I did log out and reinstall app. And I have last version memrise. Thanh you.
My parameters:
android 4.2.1. JOP40D.
version of memrise: 2.94_3_3213_memrise

Still the same problem for me too. Since over 4 weeks

pliiiiz fix the bug and post a solution
