I’ve encountered some display errors in the app.

Video prompt has no answers
So far I’ve seen this bug once, but it’s very irritating since I had to restart the session.

Video answers aren’t readable
this has happened more than once. I can’t see the answers properly and I can’t scroll/swipe down to see them.
Both of these errors occurred in the official memrise courses.
- No picture, just URL
this is from my community course that has pictures on the website version but only the URL in the app
What can be done to solve these issues?

Could this post be added to your Android bugs list?
I’ve already filed the image problem. Since I’m currently discussing things with Memrise I’d like to keep the list unchanged for the time being, but I’ve flagged @MemriseMatty here, maybe he can have a look?

Are you able to un-install and re-install the app? Please let us know if this works. Failing this, please send me the name of the course (official courses) and which level you are on, device type, OS.
Here’s another display error - the speaker icon takes up so much space that the keyboard (the most important thing on the page!) is pushed to the bottom of the screen and partly obscured by the Skip button.
Android 8.0.0 / Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
solution: debiggen the speaker icon please! We get it, the artist is proud of his work, but it doesn’t need to take up half the screen!

Totally agree! I keep ending hitting the “next” button instead of the space bar, because, to reach the space bar, I need to scroll down, which is just totally silly.
