Well, the Nov 5 50% discount for a year-subscription is nice but I still don’t know if the Memrise iOS app will continue for a shorter or longer time for the Decks courses, and what’s the state of the Decks iOS app and will that app be free or paid by subscription?
100% of the courses I do daily, many times, are user-contributed and personal ones as the languages I study are not available as Memrise official courses. So what’s the official story, thx?

It’s a way to measure how well a company takes care of paid customers.
I ended up not taking the 50% discount. Not responding to customer support questions was the key issue why rejecting the offer.
As someone considering subbing, this is all disappointing to read.
I’m interested in the Spniah official course, but seeing support ignore questions is wrong and unappealing.
I came to the forums to find out what benefits there were to subbing.

You can start any user-generated courses on the Memrise website and then continue learning in the app - simply make sure you’re logged in with the same details. 
You will be able to use your membership on all official courses and user-generated courses as well. However, please note that not all features are available on all courses - for more information about this, please read this FAQ:
Regarding the Decks app and website, we’re currently working on some changes and we’ll be announcing more about this soon. Please keep an eye out for future updates on these pages.

Even if the discount may be over, I may consider purchasing Premium to enhance my experience. 
Well, the discount is still promoted – but until I know the story of Decks and the option to use the mobile apps with Decks or not – I can’t take this offer as 100% of the courses I do are decks/community based. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Any info from Memrise about the future of community courses and mobile apps would be appreciated – then we could actually take up on that offer.
