Disappearance of buttons which show how many words are ready to repeat them (Shut Down)

Something strange happened on my memrise. Buttons which show how many words are ready to repeat them disappeared. Now, I don’t know how many words are ready to repeat them, and in which course. It’s extremely annoying. I can only add that using memrise in that situation became pointless, because I have to set repetitions by myself. I’m going to resign from using memrise because it became useless.

Me too. It’s extremely annoying, and I really hope there are plans to bring these review counts back.

Nothing wrong it’s happening.
Memrise named it “improvement” ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Agree. The worst update ever. Now I have to open a sub-menu of EACH lesson to see if I have any words to review. I hope it will be fixed.

Yup, kinda ridiculous. And I have several courses I regularly work on, so it was nice to be able to just scroll through and see which one had reviews ready. Clicking “more” on each one is so tedious.

Memfall, we are going down

Yeah, please at least bring the counter back to the main page so we don’t have to go hunting in each submenu.

Wth, this is pissing me off. What are they thinking when they make changes like this

Who is responsible for that update. I want to meet this idiot on my way. I’ve prepared 70 English courses and now all my job went down the drain. My account is a mess. I was considering going Pro but now I’m sure that I won’t do it.

Here is the original announcement:

Quite good product has been turned into a shit. When something is good there’s no need to meddle. The most important thing was to optimise it. I mean faster start and working.

Yes, it was better before
But you can still find this button if you select “course details”.

Edit: Course - The three little points at the top of the right.

I have 70 courses and I’m going to add 2 or 3 courses each next week. Can you imagine checking all courses ? I can’t.

Oh dear, so many courses. No you can’t check all of them.
I have only six courses. I’m not able to learn more at the same time. I am learning three new languages and I am repeating English.
Congratulations ! Great enthusiasm !
I think you have to wait if the creators of Memrise will solve the problem.
For the learners like me it is not so important.
Good luck, Geo.

Edit: I have looked at your profile at memrise ant there is no course? I am a little confused.

Many people have hidden courses (I do have one with maybe copyrighted material)

Okay. I didn’t know that. But 70 hidden courses? And how can someone start a hidden course?
I think you can’t search for them, isn’t it?

You can create your own course and leave it hidden. Some people do that for all kinds of reasons.

Ah, I understand. This people use Memrise as a own card index for the words they are learning.
Thank you very much.

my best self-made courses have been private/unlisted for a year now… but is is very much okay, app-users cannot see user provided content anyhow
