This seems like a really simple question. But I searched the FAQ and this sub-forum and found nothing on it.
How do I disable audio entirely on a course/level I’m creating?
Memrise is already becoming slower and slower (my setup is Firefox, Windows XP SP2), and unnecessary audio just makes it worse. When I bulk-add my words, Memrise “helpfully” locates audio files for many of them - but I don’t want this audio, and don’t want to individually delete each file from the course.
There is an Audio mode enabled checkbox on the Course Details screen - but that’s unchecked and always has been, so I’m guessing it controls something else.
