Difficult Words Loop

I went pro last week and have been using the difficult words function since then.
Overall it’s been great, but there is one thing I don’t understand.
There is one word that reappears in every Difficult Words session, even though I always give the correct answer for said word (currently at 67/67).
Another, less persistent, issue is that one time I was tasked with (the same) difficult words 7 consecutive times even though I didn’t make a single mistake.
This happened three times up to now, although the loop was shorter those times.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

When you’re done the session, click the lightning bolt next to the word to unmark it as difficult.

You might have accidentally manually set it as a difficult word, so Memrise doesn’t know when the word is not difficult for you. You have to manually mark the word as not difficult.
