I loved Memrise from the start, everything went wonderfully for Italian 1, until I decided to sign up for Pro in order to get to Italian 2, but I can’t find it, the page is confusing to me. I hope I won’t be sorry I registered !

You don’t need a pro account to get Italian 2. If you’re using app, just keep scrolling up (inside Italian 1) until you reach Italian 2.
In browser you can use search (up right corner in memrise learning site) http://www.memrise.com/course/1121292/italian-2/

As Attiker [Edit:Atikker] said, the easiest way to navigate to the next course is in the mobile app. Just scroll to the top of the planets.
However, on the web you need to check what dialect of English the course is from.
For US English the first three courses are:

For UK English the first three courses are:

Attiker [Edit:Atikker] has given you the URL for the UK English version, which is great, but you need to check that your existing course URL contains 1121291.
I suspect you may be doing the US English version as you said you were having a problem navigating. Italian doesn’t appear in the Top Categories for US English and you have to drill down through All Categories.
At the moment the two sets of courses will be almost the same - but over time they will probably drift apart… so it may get confusing.
It’s worth checking anyway.
