Is there a reason the app shows me locked out of everything when the physical website allows me to more? This is frustrating because it was my favourite app until today!
Have you tried logging off and then back on? If that doesn’t work, uninstall the app, reboot your device and then install again. You won’t loose anything except for the user-settings (like how many words/session, etc.) and you would have to re-download offline courses if you have any.
Reinstalling can help!
