Delayed Loading Times After Starting/Finishing a Course (update 15 August '23: problem has returned again)

I managed to study two courses today and now the progress on daily goals for those courses are reset. If anyone else has also done any daily goals, double check your progress or you might risk your streak!

Hope you can fix this soon. It is indeed getting worse.

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark. Currently nothing does work. :unamused:

Same. The problem still persists, it comes and goes. Sometimes the website works really snappily without any issues, then 2 minutes later you can’t load a single review/learning session. Hope we get a fix soon.

Agree with slow loading, or not loading at all. Inconsistent across all my courses. Tried the usual (clear caches, reboot, switch browsers) to no avail. Lost points or words learned (this is frustrating ) or have to wait, sometimes for nothing but an error message. This has happened in the past, but this outage seems much more pronounced and extended.

If it helps: everything was fine earlier today, but right now, both the (Android) app and the web are extremely slow, regardless of what specific part is being used, I. e. review, dashboard;, etc. Editing a course is completely impossible as saving anything will either fail or do nothing.

Working well again, but I wish you would not vivisect something in good health.
