If we made a course in Decks will it be uploaded in to our memrise account?? If not how do we uploaded it ?

No apology needed. 
The current syncing between Memrise and Decks will only continue during the beta period. As things stand, after the end of April we will not be able to access our user-created courses on the Memrise website (or app). We will only be able to access them on the Decks website - until the Decks mobile app gets launched sometime later this year. It’s explained in the OP here:

After the end of April, we will still be able to create new courses in Decks and access them there.
