Decks and private courses

I just read that courses will be moved to Decks, does anyone know if the private courses I made will be preserved?

They claim they will – we know when the migration is happening.

What about access to the offline courses we paid for?

@Relliot2 from mid-March I’m afraid we’re not planning to have offline mode on Decks. If you want to send a message to our Support team to discuss your subscription, I’ll make sure we respond to you promptly. Here’s the link:

Will you issue full refunds? It seems like a questionable practice to cut a service that we have already paid for.

I’m curious too as iOS subscriptions are usually 12 months, do get 8 months refund now when I cancel March 1?

It really looks like it will be bye bye then, such a shame, i really enjoy Memrise but i am not faffing around on a mobile so same as for Mondly it will be bye bye… My daily practice includes two non official courses so it will be hard to keep my streak and level progression without them such a shame… when will companies learn that if it isn’t broken don’t fix it, its not an udate/upgrade if you lose your customer base in the process, no customers means no revenue DUH!
