Hi,
when I delete an item from a level the number of words of that level is still the same than before.
Besides when I surf into that level, the web says that there is still a word to learn, when I’ve deleted the word previously.
Any ideas, thx in advance.

How long since you deleted it?
I’ve noticed database updates take up to an hour to be reflected on the web outside of editing mode, pretty regularly.
I’ve had this come up too.
What’s worked for me has been to go into the level’s testing direction settings, click ‘Save’ without changing anything, then hit ‘Save and continue’ at the bottom of the page. It sometimes takes a few minutes to update, but I’ve been able to fix it this way so far.

I thought another way, let’s see: if I add one item in that level and then I select it for ‘Ignore’ it might work. The next time that issue appears I will try.

Hey, this is on our agenda to fix.
When deleting a word, please remove it from the level first then proceed to deleting from the database.

I have deleted words from my levels, then deleted them from my database. They no longer show up in the levels, but will appear as answers to quiz questions.
This is very confusing as they are duplications and sometimes two exact same answers will appear on my test. One from the current word, and one from a word that has been deleted. If the user clicks on the answer from the word that was deleted, it will prompt that the answer was incorrect.
Any idea what’s happening?
